These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to all purchases made via the website www.bloomkitty.com, operated by:

2. Products and Availability
Bloom Kitty specializes in the online sale and import/export of drugstore and personal care products. All items are sold exclusively online through our webshop. Product availability may vary and is subject to change without prior notice. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any product at any time.
All prices displayed are in Euros (ā¬), inclusive of VAT.
3. Orders and Payment
Orders are processed within 24 hours (Monday to Saturday), and dispatched the same day when possible. You will receive an automatic email confirmation upon successful payment.
Accepted payment methods are listed on our Payment Information page, and include common options such as iDEAL, credit card, and PayPal. All payments are securely processed by Mollie, our payment provider.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders suspected of fraud, misuse, or in breach of these Terms.
4. Shipping & Delivery
We currently ship to all EU countries. International (non-EU) shipping will be made available in the near future. Shipping options are presented during checkout; customers may choose their preferred carrier.
All orders are shipped from the Netherlands. You will receive tracking information by email once your order has been dispatched.
Note: Delivery times vary depending on the destination country and chosen shipping method.
5. Returns, Refunds & Hygiene Exceptions
Due to hygiene regulations, sealed personal care items may not be returned once opened. This is in accordance with EU law (Directive 2011/83/EU, Article 16(e)).
You may only return a product if:
The seal is intact and the product is unused
You have contacted our customer service first at: help@bloomkitty.com
If your return is approved:
You must ship the product back at your own expense
The product must be in its original condition and packaging
Unauthorized returns may be refused
After receiving and inspecting your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7 business days.
6. Faulty, Incorrect or Damaged Items
If you received the wrong item or your product was damaged during shipping, please contact us immediately at customerservice@bloomkitty.com with your order number and a photo (if applicable). We will provide a suitable solution, such as a replacement or partial refund.
7. Promotions & Discounts
Promotional offers, discounts, and coupon codes may be offered from time to time. These offers are subject to specific terms and conditions as published at the time of the promotion and are not valid retroactively.
Unless otherwise stated, discounts cannot be combined with other offers and do not apply to shipping costs.
8. User Accounts
Customers may place orders either as guests or by creating an account. Creating an account is recommended for ease of use, such as accessing your order history and faster checkouts.
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential. We are not liable for unauthorized use of your account.
9. Privacy & Data Handling
We collect and process personal data necessary to fulfill your order, including your name, email address, and shipping address. This data is used for order management and communication only, and is securely shared with third-party services such as Mollie (payment processing) and logistics providers (shipping).
We do not sell or rent your personal information to third parties.

10. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our website or products, except where prohibited by law. Product performance may vary per individual.
If a court finds us liable, our maximum liability will be limited to the amount you paid for the affected product(s).
11. Force Majeure
We are not responsible for failure to perform obligations due to causes beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, war, strikes, pandemics, shipping delays, or government restrictions.
12. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to amend these Terms at any time. Changes will take effect once published on this page. Continued use of our website implies acceptance of the most recent version of the Terms.
13. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. In case of disputes, both parties agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the Dutch courts.
We are not a member of a third-party dispute resolution platform. EU customers may also choose to submit complaints through the European Commission's ODR platform:
