Orders are shipped within 24 hours (Mon–Sat) and usually arrive within 1–2 days in the Netherlands, and 1–3 days within the EU.
Yes, every package comes with Track & Trace so you can follow your delivery.
If your order has not arrived within the expected delivery time, please contact us within 48 hours so we can investigate.
Returns and exchanges are only accepted for unopened products. Please contact us first to arrange this.
Yes, as long as your order has not yet been shipped. Please contact us as soon as possible.
If your order has not yet been processed, we can update your address. Contact us quickly and we’ll do our best to help.
We currently ship throughout the entire European Union.
All orders are shipped directly from our warehouse in the Netherlands.
We ship from Monday to Saturday. Orders are not shipped on Sundays or public holidays.
You can pay securely with iDEAL, credit card, Bancontact and other trusted payment methods.
Yes, our blends are made with 100% natural, carefully selected herbs. They are safe for use when following the instructions. However, every body is unique, so always consult your doctor or midwife if you are unsure.
